Information collected via these questionnaires and personal interviews will be used to compile a guidebook and website for the route, which will include details about what each household can offer and contact information. Partaking in the unique offerings of these stakeholders will provide visitors with a valuable cultural experience and a chance to taste local products, while providing business to local stakeholders/producers along the route, thus helping to support long term sustainability of these communities and their traditions. Offerings of local stakeholders include homemade products such as cheese, kaimek, skorup, juices and jams, smoked and dried meat, wild herbs for tea, honey, brandy, fruit and vegetables and souvenirs/handicrafts.
